Tutor Co-Working Weekdays (hotdesk)

Tutor co-working is available from September 1st. Please read our COVID working statement before booking

Reserve a working space in our purpose-built shared tuition room. All hotdesk bookings come with:

• Access to desk space for 7 hours
  • 10am – 5pm
  • 11am – 6pm
  • midday – – 7pm
  • 1pm – 8pm
• Option for flexible work area
• WiFi
• Refreshments
• Educational stationery

COVID Prevention Measures

*due to COVID restrictions, we are currently unable to provide students or tutors with laptops although they are welcome to bring their own devices.

We request that all students over age 11, parents, and tutors wear a mask within the tuition centre unless medically exempt.

Please use the provided hand sanitizer upon entry and exit.

Each student will be provided with a dedicated study pack including pens, pencils, & paper which will be cleaned and stored within a plastic folder to prevent cross-contamination. Please ensure that you bring your own stationary and do not share this with others.

Tutors are provided with refreshments included within the price of your co-working space – all refreshments are pre-wrapped to meet hygiene standards.

We have reduced the capacity and placement of co-working spaces and study desks to enable social distancing. Desks & chairs are fully disinfected after each use.

To enable our enhanced cleaning methods, only one co-working space is bookable per day. Should you wish to book a shorter session than a full day, please get in touch.
